Frequently Asked Questions

How private is GPUs Cloud? ▼

GPUs Cloud stores minimal data. We only store your information from Hugging Face (profile, email) and your GPU metrics. We do not have access to any of your code, models, or data.

Does it impact GPU performance? ▼

No. Our agent is extremely lightweight and uses minimal CPU and memory. It doesn't run on the GPUs themselves, so it should have no impact on GPU performance.

Which GPUs are supported? ▼

GPUs Cloud currently only supports NVIDIA GPUs (CUDA). This includes consumer cards like GeForce RTX and professional cards like NVIDIA A100, H100, and GH200.

Can I self-host the entire solution? ▼

The core monitoring agent is open source and can be used standalone on your local network. This would require you to VPN into your network to monitor your GPUs. If you want to host GPUs Cloud on your own infrastructure to access your GPUs from anywhere, please contact us.

How does GPUs Cloud compare to SSH/VPN solutions? ▼

Unlike SSH or VPN solutions (such as nvidia-smi), GPUs Cloud doesn't require keeping ports open on your server, complex networking setup, or dealing with firewall issues. It works through a secure outbound connection initiated by the agent, making it much simpler to set up and more secure by default.
